Mission and context

Our public organization is a peer of modern independent Ukraine and one of the market leaders of sociological research.
Both at the beginning of its own journey and today, especially today, our public organization works, turning its skills into a contribution to the joint struggle for democratic values and the protection of civil rights and freedoms.
The processes that are constantly taking place in Ukrainian society cause an urgent need for an unbiased and well-founded analysis.
Our Institute investigates many issues of Ukrainian society. We work by studying the problems of education, health, family, children and adolescents, youth, migration, protection and security issues. The focus of our interests is the issue of democratization, transition and integration into the European Union.
We are sure that an objective study of the realities of Ukrainian modernity is extremely necessary to outline promising ways to improve civil society in all its dimensions; to promote public awareness and strengthen professional capacity to bring about change by making sound decisions.
For this, we have a history, a professional team, our own resources, including informational ones, and a great desire to help create changes for the better.
Our organization is a collective member of the Sociological Association of Ukraine (certificate No. 5 dated April 21, 2000) and is accredited by the Sociological Association of Ukraine as a research sociological organization (accreditation certificate No. 004 dated April 9, 2009).
